Exchange Policy


At LUNORÉ – House of Towels, we take great care in crafting every piece with attention to quality and detail. Due to hygiene considerations, our towels cannot be returned once delivered. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer an exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• A short description of the defect or damage

Once our team reviews and approves the request, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item. Please note:

• Exchanges are only applicable for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
